• At Flow Floats, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund according to the conditions below.
• Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days depending on your location and shipping conditions.
• Returns are accepted within 15 days from the delivery date, provided the product is unused, in its original condition, and includes all packaging, accessories, tags, and proof of purchase.
• We do not accept returns for products that are used, damaged due to misuse, missing original packaging, custom-made orders, or items damaged after delivery.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.
• Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Flow Floats. Return shipping costs may be covered by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Exchanges are allowed depending on stock availability for different sizes, colors, or damaged products.
• Orders may only be cancelled before shipment confirmation. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.
• Refund Timeline: Delivery takes 3–5 days, return period is 15 days, and refund processing takes 7–14 days.
