  • Orders are confirmed through email or SMS. Delivery usually takes between 3–5 business days depending on your location and shipping conditions. Flow Floats is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs procedures, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Customers may request a return within 15 days from the delivery date, provided the product is unused, in original condition, and includes original packaging and accessories. Refunds are processed according to our Refund Policy after the returned product is inspected and approved.
